This is the Manly Geek, Host of The Manly Geek Show and a Desert Warrior. I have returned triumphant from my time in the desert with Marines deploying to Iraq. In the desert, the metal of a man is tested and either found wanting, good for nothing but vulture food, or found steeled having been tempered and sharpened into a more powerful instrument.

Join me on August 18th, as we go through the journey together while I take you on a sound seeing tour of my time with men who are tested by the heat of the desert amidst the sound of battle.
